Precise process: from coil to closed beam

Loading and feeding: Large galvanized steel strip coils are mounted on hydraulic unwinders. The front end is fed in through an inlet device.
Double C-shaped steel forming: The steel strip enters the roll-forming machine. Through a set of precisely sequenced forming stations, the steel strip is gradually formed to form parallel mirrored C-shaped grooves.
High-speed precision cutting: The continuous closed beam enters the universal flying shear. The flying shear is perfectly synchronized with the line speed and cuts the beam to the exact preset length without interrupting production.
The two C-shaped semi-finished products produced by the roll-forming machine are connected to a tube by a bite machine to become the final product
Finished beam processing: The finished galvanized rack beam is smoothly conveyed from the rack beam roll-forming machine, ready for packaging or direct integration into the racking system.
